By the way, for anyone versed in the art of cafetiere coffemaking, what's your technique?
At the moment, i'm using 2 heaped teaspoons per cup (i have no desert spoons) leaving the water to cool for a few minutes after boiling, filling the cafetiere, stirring after 1 minute, then pressing after another 2 minutes (3 minutes brew time).
It depends if Ernie want's to learn the ways of the coffee jedi's, or carry on drinking chemically processed instant shite for the rest of his life :lol:
Just followed Toot's recipe for coffee making, lets see if it is better than my normaly lazy 'just dump it in and leave for a minute or two then plunge method'
